General Policy

Any returns must be advised to Syntec Diamond Tools Pty Ltd within one week of receipt of goods. After this time, returns will not be accepted. All return inquiries must be emailed to [email protected].

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned goods.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged if deemed faulty by Syntec Diamond Tools.
Used items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Refund Process

Faulty items, once assessed and confirmed, will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Items received in a damaged condition will be exchanged, but Syntec Diamond Tools must be informed of the damages immediately upon delivery, with evidence of the damage.
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are deemed faulty or damaged.
Returned items must be sent to 964 Borra Place, Escondido CA 92029 or 18 King Street, Norwood SA 5067, Australia.
For USA customers: Returns must be shipped to the designated U.S. address provided upon your return inquiry.

Shipping Responsibility

Use a trackable shipping service to guarantee delivery. Syntec Diamond Tools takes no responsibility for missing returns.

Additional Terms for USA Customers

Returns from the USA must be notified within the same one-week period and shipped to the appropriate U.S. location provided in return instructions.
U.S. customers may be subject to local consumer protection laws, which may affect their rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Shipping terms, including non-refundable costs, apply unless otherwise mandated by local laws.
